Vintage 1920's Silk Satin Wedding Dress

Beautiful vintage 1920's silk satin wedding gown in ivory colour.

V-shaped neckline, both at the front and back.
Sleeveless with snap buttons and hook & eye closure at the RHS side seam.
Decorative ruffled seam at the centre front.
Back of the dress is plain.
Waist line is lowered and has pointed edges.
Three flowers applique features each side of the dress. Each of the flowers is hand sewn and manually attached to the dress. Each petal is semi-loose to add movement, but you can easily fix it flat with few hand stitches. 
The dress is unlined.
The shape of the dress is straight with slightly flare skirt, very typical for 1920s flapper era. 

Measurements: all measurements are taken flat. 

Shoulders seam to seam - 34,5cm
Armhole circumference - 36,5cm
Bust (armpit point) - 88cm
Waist (40cm down from the shoulder neck point) - 79cm
Hips (20cm down from waist line) - 93cm
CF Length - 139cm

Condition: good vintage condition. Constructionally it is in great condition, no holes, or tears, just few micro scuffs here and there (nothing large that catches attention). However fabric has discolouration issues. Due to many years of incorrect storage the dress was very very wrinkled and after cleaning it appeared that in places of multiple wrinkles fabric has changed it's colour. It looks like due to many years of being wrinkled fabric pile has changed its direction/structure and now under bright light you can see lighter shades of the previous wrinkles. The fabric is shiny itself and when worn in movement and under indirect light it is not noticeable too much, however you can see this discolouration in bright, or sun light under different angle.

For a dress that is around 100 years old it still wearable, it looks very modern and has timeless, classy design, and it deserves to be loved and worn again.
