Antique lingerie, or stockings bags, c.1920s.
Cute and wonderfully mastered two petite lingerie pouches.
One is made of sand colour silk (outer) and matched colour cotton (inner), second made in light green silk jacquard w/h flower ornament (outer) and golden yellow silk satin (inner). Both pouches are trimmed with silk twisted cord.
Each of pouches have five little pockets ideal for keeping small objects, coins, trinkets and other pieces you would like to care in your bag.
Please note, these are hand made pieces.
Sold as a set of 2pcs.
Great antique condition - no tears, cuts or signs of repair. Some minor spots here and there, both pouches were carefully hand washed.
Dimensions:
Pockets sizes - 7,2cm * 7,5cm (approx, as each differs slightly in size)
Overlapping flap length - 27,5cm
Pouch when closed - 8,5cm * 10cm
