Pretty brooch hand painted on black plastic/vinyl plate and signed on the back by an author. Hand painted plates are covered with a clear plastic plates, both front and back side.
The round frame made in gold colour metal and features tube hinge pin and C-clasp.
Both pin and C-clasp are original and functions well.
Great antique condition.
