Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

1. Refund and/or Return Request Timeframe

  • You must request a refund and/or return within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be shipped back within 14 days of the return request.

2. Item Condition

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, pouches, or certificates provided.
  • If it is claimed that the item arrived damaged, the customer must provide clear photo and/or video evidence of the damage, preferably captured during the unpacking process.
  • Failure to report damage within 12 hours of delivery may affect claim processing.

3. Return Shipping Requirements

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • All return shipments must be trackable.
  • For items valued over €100, the return must also be insured.
  • Items must be returned using the same shipping carrier and method that was originally used for delivery.
  • Any additional fees incurred during the return shipment, including but not limited to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees, will be the responsibility of the buyer and may be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.
  • Fruza Store is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Refunds cannot be issued for items not received or returned damaged due to insufficient packaging or shipping method.

4. Approval & Processing

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a notification.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following conditions:

Additional Exception – Non-EU Jewellery Orders Final Sale Policy

  • All jewellery orders shipped outside the European Union are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or subjective dissatisfaction, including appearance, fit, or expectation differences.
  • We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all item descriptions, measurements, and photos before purchase, as we are unable to accept returns based on preference-related reasons for non-EU orders.
  • This final sale policy does not affect your statutory rights. In the rare case that an item arrives damaged or is significantly not as described, the customer must contact us with clear photo and/or video evidence so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a partial or full refund.

I. Vintage & Pre-owned Perfumes

Due to the rarity and collectible nature of vintage perfumes, these items are sold as-is and are non-refundable under the following circumstances:

1. Opened or Unsealed Products

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for any perfume where:

  • The bottle has been opened or unsealed.
  • The original packaging, box, or wrapping has been opened, unsealed, or damaged.
  • All perfumes sold by Fruza Store are pre-sealed. If the seal is removed or damaged after delivery, the item will not be accepted for return.

2. Damaged Packaging or Bottles

  • If the product or packaging has been tampered with, damaged, or altered after delivery, it is not eligible for return or refund.

3. Subjective Scent Perception

Refunds will not be issued based on personal opinions regarding the scent, including:

  • Claims that the perfume smells different than expected or from a previously owned version.
  • Dissatisfaction with performance, longevity, or projection.

Please note that scent perception is subjective and influenced by skin chemistry, storage conditions, and product age.

II. Vintage & Pre-owned Clothing

All vintage clothing items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under the following conditions:

1. Used, Altered, or Damaged Items

  • Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Tampered Security Seal

  • Each garment is shipped with a plastic security seal containing a unique serial number.
  • If the seal is removed, damaged, or reattached, the item is no longer eligible for return or refund.
  • The seal must remain fully intact for a return to be considered.

III. Vintage & Pre-owned Jewellery

1. Earrings

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

2. Damaged or Altered Items

  • Jewellery that is damaged, broken, or altered after delivery is not eligible for return.

Please Note Before Purchasing

All items are vintage or pre-loved and may show signs of age, wear, or minor imperfections that contribute to their character. We carefully inspect each piece, and any noticeable flaws are clearly stated in the description and/or photos.

We kindly ask that you:

  • Read the full item description thoroughly.
  • Examine all provided photos carefully.
  • Compare listed measurements with your own to ensure proper fit.
